摘要

随着环境问题的加剧和技术的进步,绿色智能建筑成为提高城市可持续性的关键.但在实现这一目标的过程中,如何具体应用智能化技术是一个重要问题.基于此,本文针对国际上四个主流的绿色建筑评价标准—LEED、BREEAM、DGNB和GB/T 50378-2019进行了深入分析,探讨了它们对智能化技术的具体要求及评分体系的影响.本文旨在通过比较和分析这些标准,揭示智能化技术在提升建筑能效和环境质量方面的作用,以及这些技术对推动绿色建筑行业发展的重要性.

Abstract

With the intensification of environmental issues and the progress of technology,green intelligent buildings have become key to enhancing urban sustainability.However,a significant question arises in achieving this goal:how to concretely apply intelligent technologies.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of four mainstream international green building standards——LEED,BREEAM,DGNB,and GB/T 50378-2019.It explores their specific requirements for intelligent technologies and the impact on their scoring systems.This paper aims to compare and analyze these standards to reveal the role of intelligent technology in improving building energy efficiency and environmental quality,as well as its importance in driving the development of the green building industry.
