智能建筑幕墙施工结构变形监测技术研究

由于现有的监测技术监测后实测值超过标准范围,桁架两端支座反力较高,为此研究智能建筑幕墙施工结构变形监测技术.选择适用隔热型材料与玻璃形成幕墙,通过3Dmax、CAD等软件设计幕墙,确保幕墙结构具有足够的承载力.应用BIM技术来分区建模,对智能建筑幕墙设计过程中的碰撞问题进行检测.运用张力仪进行索力测试,使用千斤顶来控制索力误差,计算索头的位移量,对显示器中的读数进行记录得到测试索力值.采用的是相位式三维激光扫描仪的激光脉冲发射器将激光进行照射,通过接收装置接收激光反射回来的信号,采用靶点转坐标的形式采集点云数据形成点云模型.比较点云模型与设计值的偏差,从而完成对结构变形量的监测.测试结果表明,5个小组的变形监测点水平位移均在0mm~4mm之间;桁架两端支座反力结果均小于3kN,结果符合预期,说明运用本文变形监测技术能够控制形变程度,达到较好的施工结果.
Research on Deformation Monitoring Technology of Intelligent Building Curtain Wall Construction
Since the measured value after monitoring by the existing monitoring technology exceeds the standard range,the reaction force of the support at both ends of the truss is high,so the monitoring technology of structural deformation of intelligent building curtain wall construction is studied.Select suitable heat-insulating materials and glass to form a curtain wall,and design the curtain wall through 3Dmax,CAD and other software to ensure that the curtain wall structure has sufficient bearing capacity.BIM technology is applied to partition modeling to detect the collision problem in the design process of intelligent building curtain wall.The tension meter is used to test the cable force,the jack is used to control the cable force error,the displacement of the cable head is calculated,and the reading in the display is recorded to get the test cable force value.A phase 3D laser scanner is used to irradiate the laser by a laser pulse transmitter,and the signal reflected back by the laser is collected through the receiving device to form a point cloud model in the form of target point transformation.The deviation between the point cloud model and the design value is compared to complete the monitoring of the structural deformation.The test results show that the horizontal displacement of the deformation monitoring points of the five groups is between 0mm and 4mm.The results of the reaction force at both ends of the support of the truss are less than 3kN,and the results are in line with expectations,indicating that the deformation monitoring technology in this paper can control the degree of deformation and achieve better construction results.
