Research on BIM Based Full Lifecycle Management of Construction Projects
BIM,as a building information modeling technology,can achieve information sharing and collaborative work among project participants.The application of this technology can improve the design quality,construction efficiency,and operation and maintenance management level of construction projects.This article takes the application of BIM technology in different stages of construction projects as the starting point,analyzes the specific application of BIM in project planning and design,construction,and operation and maintenance,and illustrates the quality,schedule,and cost control effects brought by BIM application through case studies.Aim to explore the advantages of BIM technology in project lifecycle management and provide reference for the promotion and application of BIM technology in the construction industry.
