Abstract
In the rapid development of the construction industry today,the application of digital technology has become a key factor driving the transformation of construction project management.BIM technology,as an integrated and collaborative design and management method,has gradually become a core tool in the construction industry.Its unique information modeling and visualization simulation characteristics provide a new perspective for the planning,design,construction,and operation of construction projects.This article aims to explore in depth the application of BIM technology in construction project management,with a particular focus on the characteristics,modeling process,and commonly used modeling software of BIM technology.Through a detailed analysis of the practical application of BIM in different stages,its important role in project planning,design collaboration,construction coordination,and other aspects will be highlighted.
