Application of BIM Technology in Construction Quality Control of Building Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering
BIM technology,with its advantages of visualization and intelligence,can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of mechanical and electrical installation operations in construction projects.On the basis of reasonable control of construction costs,it can further promote the development of construction enterprises.This article analyzes the feasibility of applying BIM technology in building electromechanical installation engineering,focusing on the application strategies of BIM technology in the field of construction quality control of building electromechanical installation engineering,including scheme optimization,collision inspection,3D technical disclosure,quality dynamic monitoring,prefabricated installation,etc.Research has shown that relying on BIM technology is beneficial for improving the construction quality of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,saving costs,and achieving the goal of refined management of project mechanical and electrical installation.
