以BIM技术应用为导向的合同结构研究

建筑信息模型(BIM)技术能够为建设工程项目参与各方提升管理效率、节约工程成本.在以BIM技术应用为导向的前提下,本文分析了影响BIM技术应用合同结构的因素,梳理了国内主要的几种工程采购模式在BIM技术应用时的优缺点,针对不同工程采购模式构建对应的合同结构.通过建立业主主导的"BIM工作小组"嵌入到工程的各个阶段,实现参与各方互相约束、BIM信息流通畅,在最大程度上发挥BIM技术的作用,为BIM技术在我国广泛应用起到一定的参考作用.
Research on Contract Structure Guided by BIM Technology Application
Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology can improve management efficiency and save project costs for all parties involved in construction projects.Under the guidance of BIM technology application,this article analyzes the factors that affect the contract structure of BIM technology application,sorts out the advantages and disadvantages of several major domestic engineering procurement models in BIM technology application,and constructs corresponding contract structures for different engineering procurement models.By establishing a"BIM working group"led by the owner and embedding it into various stages of the project,mutual restraint among all parties involved and smooth flow of BIM information can be achieved,maximizing the role of BIM technology and providing a certain reference for its widespread application in China.
