Research on Energy-saving Reconstruction Path of An Old Building Project Based on BIM Technology
Old buildings generally have problems such as high energy consumption, poor living experience and poor indoor environment. In order to improve the living comfort of old houses and promote the reduction of building energy consumption, this paper takes a typical old building energy-saving renovation project as an example to discuss the practical application of BIM technology in the simulation calculation of the transformation effect of external wall and external window skills. The most suitable energy-saving renovation scheme for the exterior wall and exterior window of the old building is:30 mm rigid polyurethane foam board is selected for the exterior wall, expand the window area appropriately, increasing by 0.05 in the south and 0.07 in the north;plastic profile window frame and hollow glass are selected for 6 mm medium light transmission Low-E+12 mm air+6mm transparency:Transform the previous casement windows into bay windows, with a 50cm protrusion on the outside, and change their orientation to 8° south by west;Based on the local solar altitude angle, the design of the building's active external sunshade spacing ratio depth is 6.31,which is expected to provide some reference for the effective application of BIM technology to optimize the energy-saving transformation of relevant old buildings.
