为推动服务区新能源汽车补能体系建设,本文总结了"双碳"背景下服务区新能源补能体系发展现状.对省内服务区展开充/换电需求调研,从政策要求、新能源基础设施、车主充/换电体验等方面挖掘目前服务区新能源汽车补能体系存在的问题.以数据分析的形式得出服务区新能源车主使用补能基础设施的关键点.重点针对于快速充电以及充电车位使用率的潮汐波动特性在服务区的适用性进行了可行性分析.依据服务区用地性质、交通可达性、入区率和规划车位等因素,提出合理的服务区新能源基础设施建设方案,为江苏省高速公路服务区新能源基础设施建设提供解决方案和理论支撑.
Feasibility Study on the Construction Plan of New Energy Vehicle Energy Supplement System in the Service Area
To promote the construction of new energy vehicle energy supplement system in service area,this paper summarizes the development status of new energy supplement system in service area under the background of"dual carbon".Carry out a survey on the charging/swapping demand of the service area in the province and excavate the problems existing in the current energy supplement system of new energy vehicles in the service area from the aspects of policy requirements,new energy infrastructure,and car owners'charging/swapping experience.In the form of data analysis,the key points of new energy vehicle owners in the service area to use the energy supplement infrastructure are obtained.The feasibility analysis focuses on the applicability of the tidal fluctuation characteristics of fast charging and charging space utilization in the service area.According to the factors such as the nature of the land in the service area,the traffic accessibility,the entry rate and the planned parking spaces,a reasonable new energy infrastructure construction plan for the service area is proposed,to provide solutions and theoretical support for the construction of new energy infrastructure in the expressway service area of Jiangsu Province.
