Research on the Influencing Factors of Green Building Operation and Management Under the Dual Carbon Background
Adapting to the trend of ecological and economic development,promoting the development of green buildings are of great significance for achieving the'dual carbon'goal.The article selects maintenance and management during the operation phase of green buildings as the main research object.According to the perspective of stakeholders,a green building operation and management development impact indicator system has been constructed from four levels of stakeholders:government,developers,property management enterprises,and owners,which includes four primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators.Based on structural equation modeling,it has been explored what are the impacts on the operation and management development of green buildings from different stakeholders.The results indicate that the operation and management of green buildings are influenced by the above four levels,with the government and property management enterprises having the most significant impact on the operation and management of green buildings.Based on the analysis results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide theoretical reference for promoting the development of green building operation and management.
