Research on Construction Cost Control in Green Building Practice
This paper analyzes the issues of cost control in green construction practices.Factors like low machinery efficiency,primitive techniques and loose energy management restrict green promotion.Solutions including equipment renovation,technique advancement and enhanced energy monitoring are proposed.Studies prove these innovation measures can effectively control additional cost increases from green practices and help achieve sustainable development of construction enterprises.
