摘要
本文以山东大学齐鲁医院(青岛)二期项目为例,深入研究BIM技术在大型医院项目的应用,运用可视化编程等手段,提高BIM深化效率,发掘BIM技术应用潜力及创新点,为项目智能建造助力.项目深入贯彻"科技强国、质量强国、交通强国"的国家发展战略,切实将智慧化、信息化贯穿于项目建设发展的始终,充分应用BIM技术与三维扫描等相关技术相结合,降低现场不必要的损耗,提高施工精度.同时利用自主研发的BIM协同信息化平台、智慧工地综合管控平台、碳排放计算软件等,推动现代数字信息技术与工程项目建设的深度融合,提升了施工现场现代化管理水平及各方协同办公效率.
Abstract
This paper investigated the application of BIM technology in large-scale hospital projects by taking the second phase of the Qilu Hospital(Qingdao)project of Shandong University as an example.The visual programming and other methods were conducted to improve the efficiency of BIM deepening,explore the application potential and innovation points of BIM technology and facilitate the intelligent construction of the project.The project deeply implements the national development strategy,effectively integrates intelligence and informatization throughout the project construction and development,and fully applies BIM technology to combine 3D scanning and other related technologies to reduce unnecessary losses on site and improve construction accuracy.In addition,the self-developed BIM collaborative information platform,the intelligent construction site comprehensive control platform and carbon emission calculation software were used to promote the integration of modern digital information technology and engineering project construction.The modern management level of the construction site and the collaborative office efficiency was improved.
