摘要

本文针对当前智慧建筑设备管理中数据融合困难、智能感知不足以及运维决策智能化程度低等问题,探讨了BIM技术在实现数据集成标准化、支持设备智能监控以及辅助智能化运维决策等方面的创新策略.通过分析BIM技术的概念及优势,本文提出了基于BIM的智慧建筑设备管理创新策略,包括BIM技术实现跨系统数据集成与标准化、BIM赋能设备智能感知与动态监控以及基于BIM的智能化运维决策支持.结果表明,BIM技术的应用能够有效推动智慧建筑设备管理的发展,提高建筑行业的运维管理水平.

Abstract

This article discusses the innovative strategies of BIM technology in achieving data integration standardization,supporting intelligent monitoring of equipment,and assisting intelligent operation and maintenance decision-making,in response to the difficulties in data fusion,insufficient intelligent perception,and low level of intelligent operation and maintenance decision-making in current smart building equipment management.By analyzing the concept and advantages of BIM technology,this article proposes innovative strategies for smart building equipment management based on BIM,including BIM technology for cross system data integration and standardization,BIM empowering equipment intelligent perception and dynamic monitoring,and BIM based intelligent operation and maintenance decision support.The results indicate that the application of BIM technology can effectively promote the development of smart building equipment management and improve the operation and maintenance management level of the construction industry.
