摘要

本文针对土建工程项目信息化建设与BIM技术的集成应用进行了系统研究.从BIM模型构建管理、信息化平台选择搭建、数据集成共享技术等方面进行分析,给出了典型工程项目的集成应用案例.研究表明,信息化与BIM技术的融合能够显著提升土建项目的设计效率、施工质量和运维水平.未来土建工程实现全面信息化、智能化管理与应用是必然趋势,深化信息化与BIM技术集成是其关键所在.

Abstract

This paper conducts a systematic research on the integrated application of information construction and BIM technology in civil engineering projects.From the aspects of BIM model construction and management,information platform selection and construction,data integration and sharing technology,the integrated application cases of typical engineering projects are given.The research shows that the integration of information technology and BIM technology can significantly improve the design efficiency,construction quality and operation and maintenance level of civil engineering projects.In the future,it is an inevitable trend to realize comprehensive informatization and intelligent management and application of civil engineering,and deepening the integration of informatization and BIM technology is the key.
