基于数字造价管理赋能酒店工程建设的研究

摘要
工程造价管理的数字化转型是大势所趋.本文通过分析传统酒店工程造价管理工作中出现的问题,在明确数字造价管理概念的基础上,依托数字造价管理"三全升级、三化支撑、三新驱动"的优势,来实现工程项目综合价值更优.以世界妈祖文化论坛永久会址为例,展现数字造价管理赋能酒店工程增值的发展路径,最后从数字造价管理的发展挑战及数字化技术的探索前景进行展望,以此形成参考意见助力数字造价管理赋能我国酒店工程的发展.
Abstract
The digital transformation of engineering cost management is a general trend.This paper analyzes the problems in the traditional hotel engineering cost management,based on the clear concept of digital cost management,and relying on the advantages of digital cost management of"Three All upgrade,Three Change support,Three New drive",to achieve better comprehensive value of engineering projects.This paper will take the world Mazu Culture Forum as the main case to presents the development path of digital cost management enabling hotel engineering value-added,and finally looks forward to the development challenges of digital cost management and the exploration prospects of digital technology,so as to form reference opinions to help digital cost management enabling the development of hotel engineering in China.
