摘要
本案例以北京某信创园项目为研究背景,针对项目建设中的风险和挑战展开分析,具体从进度、成本、节能设计和绿色施工等方面详细介绍了BIM在本项目中的优化作用,并据此对BIM技术现状及未来发展趋势进行了分析.该项目具有信息智能化、绿色化和高效的进度成本控制等特点,能够为其他类似项目的实施提供有益的借鉴.
Abstract
This case study takes the Xinchuang Park project in Beijing as the research background,analyzes the risks and challenges in project construction,and provides a detailed introduction to the optimization role of BIM in this project from the aspects of schedule,cost,energy-saving design,and green construction.Based on this,the current status and future development trends of BIM technology are analyzed.This project has the characteristics of information intelligence,greenness,and efficient schedule cost control,which can provide useful reference for the implementation of other similar projects.
