Research on the Application of BIM Technology in Construction Engineering Management
BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,and diagrammability.Its application in the field of construction engineering is becoming increasingly mature,which is conducive to solving key and difficult problems in construction engineering management,improving management quality and efficiency,and reducing management risks and costs.The paper studies the application of BIM technology in construction project management,mainly starting from the two stages of design and construction.It analyzes the aspects of design quality management,engineering cost management,construction quality management,construction progress management,construction safety management,etc.,which is conducive to fully leveraging the advantages of BIM technology application and improving the continuity and effectiveness of construction project management.
