Under the background of"dual carbon",the clean energy industry has ushered in new development opportunities,and the development of the"nuclear power+"industry as an important way for nuclear power central enterprises and related local governments to implement enterprise local integration development has become even more important.The nuclear power technology and cultural industry park,as a new"nuclear power+"industry development model,has a significant impact on the integration of enterprises and local areas.To explore its impact on the integrated development of enterprises and local areas,this article takes the construction of Hualong Science and Technology Cultural Park in Yunxiao County as an example,analyzes its mechanism of action through scenario deduction,judges its impact results,and draws the following conclusions:(1)the construction of a nuclear power science and technology cultural industry park with enterprise and local areas interaction can greatly promote the integrated development of enterprises and local areas:(2)Technological innovation,technical training,and popular science promotion are the three major functions of promoting the integration of enterprises and local areas in the nuclear power technology and cultural industry park;(3)The construction of the nuclear power technology and cultural industry park has made significant contributions to the integrated development of enterprises and local areas in terms of social and cultural aspects,economic development,and ecological environment.
