本研究依托雄安新区的实际项目,针对建筑物化阶段的碳排放进行计算,通过对比工程预算数据和现场结算数据,验证基于BIM模型的碳排放计算的准确性与可靠性.选取混凝土与钢结构这两大类型作为分析样本,以实践案例评估BIM模型在碳排放计算中的应用效果,并清晰界定影响计算结果的核心要素,为后续类似项目的碳足迹管理提供重要参考与导向.
Assessment of Building Carbon Emissions Calculation Method Based on BIM Model:A Case Study of a Project in Xiong'an
Anchoring in an actual project within the Xiong'an region,this research focuses on calculating carbon emissions during the materialization phase of building construction.It verifies the accuracy and reliability of carbon emissions calculation based on BIM.by contrasting engineering budget data with on-site settlement figures.Concentrating on two principal building types,concrete and steel structures,as analytical samples,the study assesses the practical application of BIM in carbon emissions calculation.It further identifies key elements influencing the outcomes,thereby furnishing crucial references and direction for carbon footprint management in analogous future projects.
