Research on Smart Management Mode in Green Building Construction under the"Dual Carbon"Goal
This article delves into the integrated application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and digital management platforms,innovation in green building materials and energy-saving technologies,as well as the application of Building Lifecycle Assessment(LCA)and carbon footprint tracking technology in green buildings.Through typical case analysis,the significant effectiveness of intelligent management in improving building energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions has been demonstrated.Research has shown that the deep application of BIM technology,innovative research and development of green building materials,and full lifecycle carbon management can effectively promote the low-carbon transformation of the construction industry,providing a practical path for achieving the"dual carbon"goal.
