对中国建筑能耗现状进行了分析,指出通过被动式或主动式技术、可再生能源减少能耗,助力碳达峰与碳中和目标的实现.以宏景数智生态总部大厦为例,探讨了AIoT技术在建筑智能化、节能减排及健康舒适环境中的应用,契合全球健康、绿色建筑发展趋势,提升了办公效率和环境舒适度,减少二氧化碳排放,并显著降低能源消耗.
Abstract
An analysis of the current situation of building energy consumption in China highlights how passive or active technologies and renewable energy can reduce energy consumption,supporting the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.Using the Gloryview Digital Ecological Headquarters Building as an example,the application of AIoT technology in building intelligence,energy-saving,emission reduction,and the creation of a healthy and comfortable environment is explored.This approach aligns with global trends in health and green building development,enhancing office efficiency and environmental comfort,reducing carbon dioxide emissions,and significantly lowering energy consumption.
