Research on the Application of BIM and IoT Integration Solution:Case Analysis of Gloryivew Technology Building
The application of BIM combined with the Internet of Things(IoT)was studied,discussing the development trends of BIM technology and the role of IoT in building management.The application practices of BIM and IoT measurement and control in the Macroview Technology Building were analyzed,and an integrated plan and technical workflow were formulated.The methods and steps used during the project implementation process were highlighted.Through the analysis of the project case,the effectiveness of BIM and IoT integration in optimizing building performance,improving management efficiency,and reducing operating costs was examined,summarizing its key role in future smart buildings.
