随着经济社会快速发展与城市化进程加速推进,河流湖泊生态系统面临严峻挑战.针对智慧河长管理过程中暴露出实时监控不足、异常行为发现滞后等问题,本文搭建了一套基于视频Al分析的智慧河长系统,系统包括视频分析深度学习模型系统、视频监控数据管理系统、应用分析系统,其中,视频监控数据管理系统负责集成多源视频数据,视频分析深度学习模型系统则涵盖了模型训练、迭代优化及推理等环节,而应用分析系统则用于行为模式识别、风险预警及信息发布.本文探讨了水面漂浮物识别、游泳行为识别、采砂行为识别与预警等的建设路径,系统通过集成视频分析技术,为河湖管理提供实时监控、智能分析与预警支持.
Design and Practice of a Smart River Chief System Based on Video AI Analysis
With the rapid development of the economy and society as well as the acceleration of urbanization,river and lake ecosystems face severe challenges.To address issues such as insufficient real-time monitoring and delayed discovery of abnormal behaviors in the process of smart river chief management,this paper proposes the construction of a smart river chief system based on video Al analysis.The system includes a video analysis deep learning model system,a video surveillance data management system,and an application analysis system.Among these,the video surveillance data management system integrates multi-source video data,the video analysis deep learning model system covers model training,iterative optimization,and inference processes,while the application analysis system is used for behavior pattern recognition,risk warning,and information release.This paper explores the construction path for identifying floating objects on the water surface,recognizing swimming behaviors,identifying sand mining behaviors,and issuing warnings.By integrating video analysis technology,the system provides real-time monitoring,intelligent analysis,and early warning support for river and lake management.
