Effective Application of BIM Technology and Process Units in Modular Intelligent Management of Construction Projects
The modularization of intelligent management in construction engineering can flexibly select and combine different management modules according to the specific situation and actual needs of the project,in order to improve the management efficiency of the engineering project,reduce risks,and ultimately enhance the overall quality and sustainability of the construction project.This article takes BIM technology and process units as the research entry point,analyzes the connotation of modular intelligent management in construction engineering,sorts out the necessity of applying BIM technology and process units in modular intelligent management of construction engineering,and proposes to effectively apply BIM technology and process units to modular intelligent management of construction engineering from the aspects of standardized module division,data link and digital model separation of construction engineering process units.It is expected to provide theoretical reference and certain reference for the deep exploration of the application value of BIM technology and process units in construction engineering management work.
