This study delves into the specific application of BIM technology in schedule management,including its application in organizational structure,decision-making stage,construction stage,and completion stage.Through case analysis,the practice of BIM based construction project schedule management was demonstrated,including tracking construction project progress,analyzing project schedule deviations,and adjusting project schedule.Through this study,we can gain a deeper understanding of the application of BIM technology in construction progress management,providing theoretical support and practical reference for related practices.
