Design and Implementation of Secondary System for 220kV Smart Substation
In order to solve the key problems in the design and implementation of secondary system of 220kV intelligent substation,this paper introduces the structure of intelligent substation in detail,and analyzes the functions and functions of station control layer,interval layer and process layer.In the part of secondary system networking scheme and optimization,this paper expounds the basic network structure and puts forward various networking schemes.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to select different secondary networking schemes,including model establishment,relative weight calculation of each criterion and relative weight calculation of each scheme.This paper analyzes the flow of SV and GOOSE through an engineering example,and draws the conclusion that the second scheme designed for the secondary system networking scheme of 220k V smart substation can improve the system performance.
