Application and Prospects of Smart Parking Technology in Solving Urban Parking Problems
With the rapid increase in the number of vehicles in China and the lagging construction of urban supporting parking infrastructure,"disorderly parking and difficulty in parking"has become an urgent problem in many cities.To meet the needs of improving transportation in livelihood projects,accelerate the construction of urban parking facilities,promote the orderly development of the parking industry,and under the background of smart city construction,this article proposes a unified payment and city-wide parking as the core application.It combines the Cloud,Big Data and internet of things technologies to access road-side and off-road parking resources through transformation and upgrading,breaking the"information island"of parking resources,improving the efficiency of parking operation and management,and realizing the orderly,standardized,and unified management of parking resources.At the same time,it provides auxiliary decision-making data for the planning of parking lots and road traffic resources and provides reference suggestions for the future construction and development of smart parking.
