Research on the Separation Technology of Electrical Pipeline and Structure of Prefabricated Buildings Based on BIM
This paper designs the separation technology of electrical pipeline and structure of prefabricated buildings based on BIM for the problems of pipeline deformation and structural imbalance and affecting building safety.The lighting pipeline of the prefabricated building interior wall panel is laid through the cavity,and the lighting pipeline is laid in the cavity of the building interior wall panel,so as to avoid the damage of the wall slot buried pipe to the building structure.At the same time,the power pipeline of the ceiling of the prefabricated building is concentrated,and the power pipeline is arranged in the non-load-bearing ceiling position of the building,and the stability of the building structure is used to avoid deformation or damage of the pipeline.In addition,based on the dark application of the BIM electric well to the building weak current pipeline,the three-dimensional visualization and simulation function of BIM are used to accurately plan the layout and direction of the weak current pipeline inside the building,so as to ensure its effective separation from the building structure.The example analysis proves that the separation effect of pipeline and structure is better and can be applied in real life.
