Exploration and Development of an Integrated Management System for the Construction and Maintenance of Smart Campus Buildings
With the rapid development of emerging science and technology such as big data,the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,the construction of smart campus(city)has set off a boom in the whole society.Intelligent building complex is the carrier of intelligent campus.Data-driven building complex equipment automation and intelligent operation management have become the inevitable trend of intelligent campus development.The research in this paper gives full play to the advantages of the high integration of the construction subject and the operation subject,takes the BIM technology as the starting point,breaks through the barriers of communication between the new and old building equipment systems,deeply integrates the construction management platform and the operation and maintenance management platform,exploring the development of an integrated management system for construction and operation and maintenance,providing a positive demonstration for the construction of the same type of smart campus in China.
