This article introduces the background of urban lifeline construction and analyzes its operational risks.Elaborated on the construction of a perception system and application platform for risk monitoring of urban lifeline safety operation.We have studied the risk warning analysis and collaborative disposal process,achieving timely and efficient response and disposal of risk events.
