Under the background of the transformation driven by the industry cycle and the empowerment of digital technology in the construction industry,digitalization has become an important exploration direction of the construction industry.The combination of smart campus scenarios and the Internet of Things needs to be taken into account,with smart O&M as the main foothold,explore the strategy of O&M platform selection and construction,and strive to enhance the mining and use of data,so as to reduce the cost and energy consumption generated in the O&M stage.This article analyzes the equipment,personnel,and scenarios in the project,and discusses how to reduce O&M costs.
