In the existing building reconstruction project,the benefit of the old electrical equipment is an important means to save costs.The transformer,power cable and other main electrical devices in the electrical system are the key parts that can be used or not in the reform process.In this paper,the methods and requirements for the evaluation and detection of the existing electrical devices in the current specifications are summarized.
