摘要

目前国内外在智慧建筑运行维护阶段的三维技术研究与应用还处于探索阶段.为此,笔者在总结智慧建筑行业三维可视化运维管理实际经验的基础上,从技术层面和应用层面对当前国内外三维技术运维的研究和应用现状进行综述,介绍其所涉及的关键技术及相关系统研发现状,并以广州白云国际会议中心国际会堂三维可视化智慧运维管理平台为例,归纳总结三维可视化运维管理平台在智慧建筑行业中的科学部署与技术路线.

Abstract

The research and application of 3D technology in the operation and maintenance stage of intelligent buildings at home and abroad are still in the exploration stage.Therefore,based on summarizing the practical experience of 3D visualization operation and maintenance management in the intelligent building industry,the author reviews the curr-ent research and application status of 3D technology operation and maintenance at home and abroad from the technical and application aspects,introduces the key technologies involved and the status of related system research and development,and takes the 3D visualization intelligent operation and maintenance management platform of the International Hall of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center as an example to summarize the scientific deployment and technical route of the 3D visualization operation and maintenance management platform in the intelligent building industry.
