摘要
建筑电气用房是建筑中用于安装、管理和维护电气设备的专用空间,对于保障建筑安全、提高建筑质量和使用功能具有重要意义.本文通过介绍住宅小区内开闭站、分界室、变电所、消防控制室、弱电机房、电气竖井等电气站房的规范要求及结合具体的工程实例,提出了一些站房的设计要求,包括设置要求、面积要求、使用要求等,以期能够给广大设计人员提供一定参考.
Abstract
Electrical equipment rooms in buildings are specialized spaces used for the installation,management,and maintenance of electrical equipment,playing an important role in ensuring building safety,improving building quality,and enhancing usability.This article introduces the standard requirements for various electrical stations within residential areas,such as switching substation,cable division facilities,power distribut rooms,fire control rooms,weak current machine rooms,and electrical shafts,power distribution room,along with specific engineering examples.It proposes some design requirements for these stations,including setting requirements,area requirements,and usage requirements,aiming to provide certain references for a wide range of design professionals.
