以某典型办公建筑为例,对其实际运行负荷数据进行多维度分析研究.分别对负荷整体情况、租户负荷、公共负荷中的暖通空调、照明插座、典型动力负荷等进行负荷特性分析.根据数据分析结果,从负荷计算方法、改变使用者行为习惯、暖通空调高效系统设计、公区照明控制策略、降低电梯能耗、增加光伏消纳、排油烟系统与电热水器节能运行及能源管理系统设置等维度,给出了典型办公建筑的设计运营低碳策略建议.
Research on Load Characteristics and Low Carbon Strategies of Typical Office Buildings
Taking a typical office building as an example,conduct multidimensional analysis and research on its actual operating load data.Analyze the load characteristics separately from the overall load situation,tenant load,HVAC,lighting sockets,typical power loads in the public load.Based on the data analysis results,low-carbon design and operation strategy recommendations for typical office buildings are provided from the dimensions of load calculation methods,changing user behavior habits,designing efficient HVAC systems,implementing lighting control strategies in public areas,reducing elevator energy consumption,increasing photovoltaic consumption,energy-saving operation of oil fume and electric water heaters,and setting up energy management systems.
