本文首先对城市轨道交通杂散电流不同规范体系进行对比分析,尤其是项目规范较以往国家标准、行业标准的不同点;其次对执行项目规范的难点进行分析,分别就工程设计计算重难点以及工程实施重难点展开分析,对走行轨过渡电阻值及高峰小时区间牵引回流平均值提出切合工程实际的计算原则;最后,针对杂散电流腐蚀防护设计提出改进措施,其中涉及响应式导通装置设计方案及钢轨电位限制装置保护定值的优化方案.
Analysis of the Main Points of Stray Current Protection Design of Urban Rail Transit based on the Requirements of "Project Specification"
Firstly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of different stray current specifications of urban rail transit,especially the differences between the project specifications and the previous industry standards and national standards.Secondly,the difficulties in the implementation of the project specification are analyzed,and the key and difficult points of engineering design calculation and engineering implementation are analyzed respectively.The calculation principles for the transition resistance value of running rail and the average value of traction reflux in the peak hour calculation interval are put forward.Finally,a specific scheme for stray current corrosion protection design is proposed,which involves the setting scheme of responsive conduction device and the optimization scheme of rail potential limiting device protection setting.
