本文从洁净兼事故空调及配套风机的运行工况入手,分析了空调系统配置的情况及运转需求,研究了事故风机相关规范标准,梳理了平时兼洁净兼事故空调及配套风机的配电及二次控制配置需求,根据分析结论,绘制了洁净兼事故空调及配套风机的二次控制原理图,提出了控制按钮及过载保护相关的特殊配置方式.
Analysis of Control Principles for Clean Air Conditioning and Accidents in Pharmaceutical Plants
This paper starts with the operating conditions of clean air conditioning and supporting fans that are used for both daily and accident situations.Analyzed the configuration and operational requirements of the air conditioning system.Studied relevant specifications and standards for accident fans.Sorted out the power distribution and secondary control configuration requirements for clean air conditioners and supporting fans that are used for both daily and accident situations.Based on the analysis conclusion,a secondary control schematic diagram of the clean air conditioning and supporting fans for both normal and accident situations was drawn.Proposed special configuration methods for control buttons and overload protection.
