碳排放约束下广西城市建设用地利用效率特征分析

土地利用/覆被变化是影响碳排放、碳吸收量变化的主要原因。本文通过碳排放系数间接估算法、Hicks-Moorsteen生产率指数分析广西2011年-2020年城镇建设用地利用效率动态变化,结果发现:①广西建设用地碳排放总量的变化趋势可分为"先升后降再升"三个阶段,地均碳排放总量整体呈"先降后升"的趋势,万元GDP碳排放量的变化呈平稳下降趋势;②广西全区HM指数呈现年平均4。87%的上升趋势,受综合利用效率(ΔE)和技术进步(Δtech)共同驱动,各市城镇建设用地利用效率都出现微小波动的上升趋势,呈现出区域的非均衡性。广西应综合考虑各市城镇建设用地利用效率存在的问题,因地制宜实施产业转型、能源结构优化以及节能环保等政策。
Analysis of the Characteristics of Urban Construction Land Use Efficiency in Guangxi under Carbon Emission Constraint
Land use/cover change is the main reason affecting carbon emissions and carbon absorption changes.This paper analyzes the dynamic changes of urban construction land use efficiency in Guangxi from 2011 to 2020 through indirect estimation of carbon emission coefficient and Hicks-Moorsteen productivity index.The results are as follows ①The change trend of total carbon emissions of construction land in Guangxi can be divided into three stages:"first rising,then falling and then rising".The total carbon emissions per land show a trend of"first falling and then rising",and the change of carbon emissions per 10,000 yuan of GDP shows a steady downward trend;②The HM index in Guangxi shows an annual average upward trend of 4.87%,which is driven by comprehensive utilization efficiency(ΔE)and technological progress(Δtech),and the former is the main one.The utilization efficiency of urban construction land in each city shows a slight fluctuation upward trend,showing regional imbalance.In conclusion,it is recommended that Guangxi should comprehensively consider the problems existing in the utilization efficiency of urban construction land in each city,and implement policies such as industrial transformation,energy structure optimization,energy conservation and environmental protection according to local conditions.
