应用BIM技术极大地支撑了绿色建筑的发展.文章对近年来BIM技术在我国绿色建筑设计领域的应用现状、发展趋势和以及面临的困境进行总结研究.得出的主要结果表明,BIM技术在当前绿色建筑设计中的主要情况是覆盖面广、实际应用少、应用水平低,且当前绿色建筑设计中BIM应用方面主要面临的问题和局限性是由于缺乏相对应的实践标准以及基于中国国情的相关软件.本文希望能够为BIM技术在绿色建筑可持续性和信息化方面的发展提供有价值的参考建议.
Abstract
The application of building information modeling(BIM)technology has greatly supported the development of green buildings.This paper summarizes and studies the application status,development trend and difficulties of BIM technology in the field of green building design in China in recent years.The main results show that the main situation of BIM technology in the current green building design is wide coverage,less practical application and low application level.And at present,the main problems and limitations of BIM application in green building design are mainly due to the lack of corresponding practical standards and related software based on China's national conditions.Finally,it is hoped that this paper can provide valuable reference suggestions for the development of BIM technology in green building sustainability and informatization.
