In-depth Construction of Digital Twin Cities Based on CIM Platform
The construction of digital twin cities has provided a new opportunity for the refinement of urban governance and services,and has gradually become the mainstream model of smart city construction in various regions.The city information model(CIM)platform,as the construction foundation of the city digital twin base platform,plays an important role in building the city spatial digital capacity.This paper first combs the development background of CIM,differentiates the relationship between CIM and digital twin cities,and on this basis explains the key points of CIM platform construction.Finally,combined with the innovative practice of some cities,it points out the existing problems and future development direction of CIM construction.
