文章结合项目实例,强调智能化建造理念下的城市街区更新设计理念,提出设计方案,就如何提高城市街区更新水平进行策略探讨,包含打造步行街区、优化街区业态、调整空间结构、改造建筑立面和营造文化氛围几项关键措施.在科学设计和多项措施规范实施之下,加快城市街区更新进程,打造具有智能化特色的现代城市街区.
Abstract
Based on the project examples,this paper emphasizes the urban block renewal design concept under the concept of intelligent construction,puts forward the design scheme,and discusses the strategy on how to improve the level of urban block renewal,including several key measures such as building pedestrian block,optimizing the block format,adjusting the spatial structure,transforming the building facade and creating the cultural atmosphere.Under the scientific design and the standard implementation of a number of measures,the renewal process of urban block is accelerated to create a modern urban block with intelligent characteristics.
