摘要
文章以某高校宿舍楼为例,探讨BIM技术在建筑工程施工管理中的应用.首先,通过BIM系列软件构建建筑模型、结构模型、给排水模型、暖通模型、机电模型等并进行优化设计;然后,利用Navisworks软件进行模型的渲染、室内漫游、碰撞检测、施工模拟等应用分析.
Abstract
Taking a university dormitory building as an example,the application of BIM technology in construction management of construction engineering is discussed.Firstly,BIM series software is used to construct building model,structural model,water supply and drainage model,HVAC model,electromechanical model,etc.,and optimize the design.Then,Navisworks software is used for model rendering,indoor roaming,collision detection,construction simulation and other application analysis.
