文章分析了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的应用和优化,通过文献综述的方法,探讨了BIM在项目规划、施工、后期运维阶段的应用,以及如何通过建立和提升项目团队的BIM技能和能力,制定和执行BIM执行计划,以及BIM与其他技术的集成来优化市政施工项目管理.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the application and optimization of building information modeling(BIM)technology,and discusses the application of BIM in project planning,construction and late operation and maintenance stages through literature review,as well as discusses how to establish and improve the BIM skills and capabilities of the project team to formulate and execute the BIM execution plan,and optimize municipal construction project management through the integration of BIM with other technologies.
