The paper studies the cost control and management of BIM technology in building construction.Starting from the aspects of drawing review,engineering calculation,civil engineering,electromechanical engineering,prefabricated engineering,and cost dynamic monitoring,it analyzes the key points of cost control of BIM technology in the construction preparation stage and construction process,solves the problem of connection between different professions and links,and achieves dynamic integrated control of construction cost management in advance and during the process.
