Design and Benefit Analysis of Prefabricated Construction of Demolition and Resettlement House in Xiaojiashan,Lukou,Nanjing
Taking the Demolition and Resettlement Housing Project in Xiaojiashan,Lukou,Nanjing,a technology demonstration project for prefabricated building general contracting by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development as an example,this paper introduces the application situation and benefit analysis of cost comprehensive comparison of prefabricated technology,and puts forward improvement suggestions on the economic cost control technology of the project.
