摘要
文章以住房和城乡建设部装配式建筑总承包科技示范项目-南京禄口肖家山拆迁安置房项目为例,介绍装配式技术的应用情况和成本综合对比效益分析,并对项目的经济成本控制技术提出了改进建议.
Abstract
Taking the Demolition and Resettlement Housing Project in Xiaojiashan,Lukou,Nanjing,a technology demonstration project for prefabricated building general contracting by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development as an example,this paper introduces the application situation and benefit analysis of cost comprehensive comparison of prefabricated technology,and puts forward improvement suggestions on the economic cost control technology of the project.
