摘要

目前,对老旧小区的气候适应性改造关注较少,位于夏热冬冷地区城市中的老旧社区中存在着一系列突出问题,由于规划时的不合理,和年久失修等问题,导致社区内部气候适应性差、居住条件变差,同时却没有科学的指导方案.文章基于climate consultant和lady bug软件分析夏热冬冷地区气候条件,结合小区出现的问题,探究老旧小区的改造策略.

Abstract

At present,less attention is paid to the climate adaptability transformation of old communities,and there are a series of prominent problems in old communities located in cities in hot summer and cold winter areas.Due to unreasonable planning,disrepair and other problems,they lead to poor climate adaptability and poor living conditions within the community,but there is no scientific guidance plan.This paper analyzes the climatic conditions in hot summer and cold winter areas through climate consultant and lady bug software,and explores the transformation strategies of old communities combined with the problems that occur in the community.
