摘要

文章研究了房建施工中绿色节能策略与BIM技术的综合应用,从绿色施工模拟、施工过程管理、绿色节能措施、绿色施工评价等方面出发,分析了基于BIM技术的房屋建筑绿色施工管理要点,然后着重强调了装配式建筑中的BIM技术应用,在信息化、数字化技术的支持下,有利于实现精细化管理,更好地满足绿色节能施工需求.

Abstract

The paper studies the comprehensive application of green energy saving strategy and BIM technology in housing construction.Starting from green construction simulation,construction process management,green energy saving measures,green construction evaluation and other aspects,it analyzes the key points of green construction management of housing construction based on BIM technology,and then focuses on the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building.With the support of informatization and digital technology,it is conducive to achieving refined management and better meeting the needs of green and energy-saving construction.
