摘要
三峡现代能源创新示范园是一个风、光、储一体化的高端装备产业园区,园区能源类型丰富,大型设备复杂多样.旧的园区管理模式已经难以适应园区高端产业聚集,多业务形态共存的业务特点,主要体现在缺乏统一规划设计,信息化数字化建设水平低,管理信息滞后等方面.文章通过研究融合BIM、GIS和IoT技术,结合乌兰察布园区特点,集成园区各类BIM数据、源网荷储数据和园区运营数据,力图建立源网荷储园区集成管理平台,辅助提升园区能源利用效率,增加园区收益,促进园区可持续发展.
Abstract
The Three Gorges Modern Energy Innovation Demonstration Park is a high-end equipment industrial park integrating wind,light,and storage.The park has rich types of energy sources and complex and diverse large-scale equipment.The old park management model has been difficult to adapt to the business characteristic of park's high-industrial concentration and the coexistence of multiple business forms.The characteristics are mainly reflected in the lack of unified planning and design,the ineffective use of historical data,the low level of informatization and digitalization,the emphasis on production,the neglect of human nature,and the lag of management information.Through research on the integration of BIM,GIS and IoT technologies,the article integrates various BIM data,equipment monitoring data and inspection and maintenance data in the park,eliminates information islands,realizes data sharing across the park,and assists manager in scientific operation and maintenance.
