基于数字化肌理演绎的建筑表皮空间优化研究——以某商业综合体项目为例

高质量建造的实现始于精细的数字优化设计,在参数化设计的全生命周期中建筑立面的建造完成度问题逐渐成为核心关键,以某商业综合体为实例进行肌理式立面优化设计的方法研究。文章运用"像素化网格2D法向投影3D曲面空间的格栅几何细分"的立面优化方法,对参数化肌理式立面表皮系统进行工业优化,完成了建筑方案与工业化数字建造设计的无缝衔接,并实现设计施工一体化。研究中获得了最优幕墙结构系统的数字建造方案,包括参数化优化设计流程、方法及其工艺逻辑流程图和具有源代码的可视化脚本逻辑图,以此增强肌理式表皮幕墙在实践工业建造方面的适应性,并在整体工期和工程成本方面合理化的大幅降低。
Research on Architectural Skin Space Optimization Based on Digital Texture Deduction——Taking a Commercial Complex Project as an Example
The realization of high-quality construction starts from the elaborate digital optimization design.During the whole life cycle of parametric design,the construction completion degree of the building elevation gradually becomes the core key issue.Taking a commercial complex as an example,the method research of textural elevation optimization design was carried out.The vertical optimization method of"grid geometrical subdivision of grille in 3D surface space projected by pixel grid 2D normal projection"was used to carry out industrial optimization of the parametric texture facade skin system,which completed the seamless connection between the architectural scheme and industrial digital construction design,and realized the integration of design and construction.The digital construction scheme of the optimal curtain wall structure system was studied and obtained through the study,including the parametric optimization design process,the method and its process logic flow chart as well as the visual script logic diagram with source code,so as to enhance the adaptability of the textured skin curtain wall in practical industrial construction and substantially reduce the overall construction period and project cost with rationalization.
