Investigation on the Status Quo of Public Space and Service Facilities in Shanghai Lilong Community Based on CAS Theory
This paper takes the public space and service facilities of Lilong community in central Shanghai as the main research object,and obtains the following information through field investigation:①The main types,characteristics and use status of public space in Liong community;②Distribution and use of public service facilities and existing problems;③Behavioral patterns and needs of different types of stakeholders.Combined with data analysis,the main problems that currently exist are discovered.Finally,based on CAS theory,this paper puts forward four ideas and three directions of future trends in the design of public space and service facilities,which are expected to provide a reference for the renewal of Lilong community in Shanghai in the post-old reform era.
