Research on Green and Diversified City Spatial Development of TOD+RBD Station-City Integration——Taking Zhengzhou Binhe International New City Commercial Water Street as an Example
The large-scale promotion of urban TOD integrated development has enhanced the value realization of TOD effect.Taking the commercial Water Street project of Zhengzhou Binhe International New City as an example,this paper explores the strategy of diversified theme areas under the RBD model,establishes an economic community of station area with 5-minute life circle as the main part,and designs diversified themed quality life circle,so as to promote the effective development of the in-depth integration of green city TOD.
